On September 18th 2024 Aadarsh of grade 10 had an interview with “Liba Ma’am” coordinator of grade 1 to 5.


  1. What sparked your interest in becoming a teacher?

“I have wanted to be a teacher since my childhood. I was inspired by my mother, who was a school teacher. I loved her teaching methods and wanted to follow in her footsteps. Teaching is my passion, and I worked hard to achieve it."
  1. How was your experience in teaching?

“It has been thirty years since I began my teaching career. These years have provided me with invaluable experience and skills for interacting with students, as well as with my friends and family. I have truly enjoyed every moment of these thirty years in teaching.”
  1. What is your top priority or first step you would take when you start the class, and why?

“I usually start my class by making the students pay attention to me by telling some interesting stories, making them sing some songs or rhymes, so the students may start listening to the class which will make sure that the class doesn’t get bored and I ensure that the students are listening”.
  1. What do you enjoy doing in your leisure time to relax and recharge?

“I love engaging in artwork, tending to my garden, and singing songs. These activities help me unwind and rejuvenate”.
  1. What characteristic trait or personality aspect do you feel has changed or developed over time?

“I have experienced many changes in my behavior, such as learning to be more patient through my experiences with students over the years, and thereby, I gained a lot of patience.”
